Terms of Use

Use of the site

StudyKit provides general-purpose browser-based utilities and educational information. You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output and for complying with laws, institutional rules, and third-party rights.

No guarantee

Tool results are provided for general informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that a result is suitable for a particular assignment, publication, financial decision, or other purpose. Rewriting tools do not guarantee originality, authorship, or compliance with a detection or verification system.

Acceptable use

Do not use StudyKit to harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, violate privacy, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not submit unlawful material or use the site in a way that harms its operation or other people.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in text you supply to a tool. You are responsible for having permission to use any text you submit or copy. StudyKit and its licensors retain rights in the site design, code, and original content.

Third-party services and availability

The site may rely on hosting, font, security, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature when reasonably necessary.

Advertising

StudyKit is funded by advertising and does not charge for its tools. Some pages carry third-party advertising, served by Google and chosen using information such as your approximate location and the content of the page. Advertising is kept separate from the tools themselves: it never appears inside a tool, never replaces a control, and never interrupts what you have chosen to do. A tool works the same whether or not an ad happens to load.

Advertising cookies and how to opt out of personalised advertising are described in the Privacy Policy, which also explains what the tools themselves do with your files. In short, the browser-local tools do not send your content to us, and advertising is not given access to it.

We do not accept payment for placing an advert, and no advertisement is chosen by us. We cannot control the content of third-party advertising or the sites it links to, so please treat an ad as an advertisement rather than as a recommendation from us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StudyKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
